Here in Panjim, or Panaji as it is also known, you are
not surrounded by congested crowds, tedious traffic jams or the dirt and
pollution found elsewhere.
Panjim is a peaceful city made up of a mixture of old stately buildings,
lush green garden squares, stunning churches and temples within a backdrop
of rolling hills on one side - a lush green throughout the monsoon turning
to flame red as the scarlet gulmohur trees take flower - and with the River
Mandovi gently running along the other side meeting the Arabian Sea.

pride of Panjim is Miramar beach with its long stretch of sandy shores rated
as one of the top three beaches in Goa.

HOTEL MANVIN’S has a Roof Top Garden Restaurant, shaded with parasols
by day and offers dining under the stars at night to the hotel guests. The
restaurant is gaily painted with murals along one wall and plants adorning
the terrace garden.
The illuminated Church of the Immaculate Conception casts
an amazing glow onto the Roof Top garden – like the gentle radiance of a
